Collected by thousands of happy honeybees right here in Washington State, our pollen captures the vibrant wildflowers and diverse blooms of the area. It's one of Mother Nature's perfect superfoods: a nutrient-dense flower food packed with 20-35% protein, powerful antioxidants, 16 vitamins, 10 minerals, essential amino acids, natural anti-histamines, and more.

Female worker bees diligently gather pollen from flower to flower, packing it onto their legs to bring back to the hive, where it's used to nourish the young. Harvesting is gentle and safe—simply brushed off their legs as they enter the hive, leaving the bees undisturbed.

Each batch varies slightly in taste depending on the flowers and season, but ours delights with a sweet, honey/nectar-like flavor and a subtle hint of sweet bitterness.
